Mother Earth teaches a practice to Open and Develop

                            Your Message Center

 

Dear Ones today I share with you the  practice to open and develop your Message Center. It is the way for all souls to connect and communicate here in this time, that Heaven calls The Soul Light Era.   The Soul Light era is now and will last for 15,000 years!  In this time we are teaching how to connect Heart to Heart and Soul to Soul in communication.  The Message Center is a fist sized energy center located in the middle of and inside your chest.  The Message Center is the Healing, Life transformation, Soul commmunication, Soul Enlightenment and Financial center.  

 Dear everyone viewing this post I invite you to please join me, to Open your Message Center. The benefit of this is that you can communicate with any soul at any time, for everyone and everything has a soul!!  You can ask guidance from The Divine, the Saints, your spiritual Mothers and Fathers.  Their true messages and guidance will always be Loving and supportive.

Let Us apply the 4 Power Techniques:

 

1st Body Power:  

Where you put your hands is where you receive healing.  Place your left hand lightly over the center of your chest.  Place your right hand in front of your left hand with your fingers pointing towards Heaven.  This hand position opens your Message Center.  Sit up straight with your back away from the chair, close your eyes and put the tip of the tongue towards the roof of the mouth without touching for 5 seconds.

Next   2nd        Say Hello to inner souls and outer souls   

Now invoke with me,  "Dear soul mind and body of my Message Center I Love you, Honor you and appreciate you.  You have the power to open and develop yourself. Do a Great job!  You are the healing, life transformation, soul communication, soul enlightenment and financial center.  Please open yourself fully. You can do it.  Dear soul mind and body of Heaven's special mantra, 3396815, pronounced sahn sahn joe lew bah yow woo, I Love you honor you and appreciate you. Please come from Heaven to give an extraordinary blessing to my Message Center to open it more fully.Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.  

 

Then 3rd   Mind Power:

Visualize Golden light coming into your Message Center form Me Mother Earth, all planets, stars, galaxies, universes and Heaven. Visualize this Golden light ball enfolding your Message center , spinning and purifying your Message Center. 

 

Now  4th  Sound Power:

Chant with me together, the mantra spelled  " San San Jiu Liu Ba Yao Wu ",  San San Jiu Liu Ba Yao Wu, San San Jiu Liu Ba Yao Wu, San San Jiu Liu Ba Yao Wu, San San Jiu Liu Ba Yao Wu, San San Jiu Liu Ba Yao Wu, San San Jiu Liu Ba Yao Wu........ continue for 5 to 10 minutes each time and do this 3 times every day.  Now we close the practice by saying:  Hao Hao Hao, Thank you Thank you Thank you, Love you Love you Love you, Gong Song Gong Song Gong Song.     Why do we chant this mantra?   This mantra when repeated rapidly can suddenly bring out your unique  soul language. Mind over matter is past. Mother Earth shares the Snow Mountain/ kundalini Practice

Ose Oh dear All my Beloved Inhabitants and Happy New Year too!

             The Snow Mountain/ Kundalini Practice is vital for building a strong foundation for Soul communication with me dear ones, with The Divine, The Tao, The Saints, and indeed with other Souls, example : the Soul of your business, the Soul of your community and more...
             As I have shared on my 1st post with you, everyone and everything has a soul, therefore develop all 5 Important energy centers for clear guidance from me and countless souls.


           First to locate the Snow Mountain/ Kundalini area visualize a line going from your navel straight back to your back. From here go forward along this line one-third of the way in. From this point, go down two-and-a-half cun. A cun is about one inch. There you have it, the Kundalini area. It is a fist sized energy center, that connects with the energy of your ancestors! It supplies energy food for your kidneys, brain, and The Third Eye! Therefore it is also key for both Soul Communication and your Health!! There are many names for this energy center such as, Ming Men which is "Life Gate" in Chinese, The Golden Urn which is the Taoist term, Snow Mountain Area is the Buddhist term.  Ming Men is divided into Ming Men fire and Ming Men water. Ming Men fire is the most important yang in the body. Ming Men water is the most important yin in the body. Together they are your Life force in your human bodies! This Life force area is the Kundalini.


          Next together We apply the 4 Power Techniques:


BODY POWER:   Dear ones now sit up straight with your back away from your chair. Put the tip of your tongue gently towards the roof of your mouth. Place one palm on your navel and the other palm on your lower back, over the Kundalini Area.


SOUL POWER:  Say Hello to your inner souls:
                             Dear soul mind and body of my kundalini, I Love you, honor you, and appreciate you. You are the Life force center. Please develop yourself. I am very grateful. Thank you.
                            Say Hello to outer souls:
                            Dear Divine, Dear Tao, The Source, Dear countless planets, stars, galaxies and universes, Dear countless healing angels, archangels, ascended masters, gurus, lamas, kahunas, holy saints, Taoist saints, buddhas, bodhisattvas, and all kinds of spiritual Fathers and Mothers here on Mother Earth, and in Heaven, I Love you all, honor you all, and appreciate you all. Please remove soul, heart, mind, emotional, and body blockages from my kundalini and highly develop my kundalini.  I am very grateful. Thank you.


MIND POWER: Put your mind on your kundalini. Visualize a fist-sized Golden Light Ball forming and rotating counterclockwise in the Ming Men Area for 10 minutes.


SOUND POWER: Chant with me, " Ming Men Jing Chi Shen He Yi" with your mind power for 10 minutes.  This chant means matter, energy, and soul of the Ming Men join as one.


Great, Dear ones now
with Mind Power visualize the fist-sized Golden Light Ball rotating clockwise in your Ming Men Area for 10 minutes, using the same Sound Power: "Ming Men Jing Chi Shen He Yi".


This exercise is a daily practice for healing, rejuvenation, longevity, and immortality!!!
I will share this as a 4 part practice over the next 3 Thursdays. Build, build, build strong your kundalini area. This is the secret wisdom, for the Third Eye will open when the time is ready!

          SOUND POWER: Is the use of healing mantra's and vibrating  healing sounds. What You chant is what You Become!!!

                                     

  For a solid foundation we need first to develop a strong Lower Dan Tian and then a strong Snow Mountain/ Kundalini area.

Let's develop our Lower Dan Tian 1st:

         

          Body Power: Sit up straight with both feet flat on the floor. Close your eyes and put the tip of your tongue towards the roof of your mouth without touching for about 3 seconds, now relax. Put both your hands over your lower abdomen below the navel.

         Soul Power: say Hello: "Dear soul mind and body of my Lower Dan Tian 

                                                I Love You. Please boost your own energy and develop

                                                yourself further. Do a good job. Thank You!

          Mind Power: Focus and visualize the brightest Golden Light from Heaven, Mother Earth, all planets, stars, galaxies and universes coming into your Lower Dan Tian to form a Powerful concentrated Light Ball there.

          Sound Power: Chant with Me, "Light, Light, Light, Light, Light, Light, Light, Light,

                                                         Light, Light, Light, Light, Light, Light, Light, Light,

                                                         Light, Light, Light, Light, Light, Light, Light, Light, 

                                                         Light, Light, Light, Light, Light, Light, Light, Light, 

                                                         Light, Light, Light, Light, Light, Light, Light ............

                                                         continue this chant for 5 to 10 minutes per time. And do 

                                                         this 3 times per day. You are building your Lower Dan 

                                                          Tian!  Now and always close with your love and 

                                                           gratitude.  Say Hao, Hao, Hao.

                                                                                    Gong Song Gong Song Gong Song.

      Hao means perfect, get well. Gong Song means all souls respectfully return to your abode. You and I we are on the sacred journey of Purification together, dear Ones. When you chant this way your are purifying and you are serving!! The purpose of Life is to serve!

Close your eyes and put the tip of your tongue towards the roof of your mouth without touching for 3 seconds. For the next 5 minutes open your heart and soul to this healing blessing, you are dearly Loved!
